How we can help you
-
I provide personalized psychiatric care for adults experiencing: depression, anxiety, insomnia, OCD, PTSD, and other mental health concerns. I also have a special interest in supporting individuals living with chronic or serious illness, caregivers and loved ones, and those navigating aging or neurocognitive changes. My whole-person approach considers the connection between mental health, physical health, life experiences, and relationships—because effective care begins with understanding the person behind the symptoms.
-
More time. More personalized attention. Whole-person care.
60-minute initial evaluation to understand your concerns, health history, life circumstances, and goals.
30–60-minute follow-up visits tailored to your individual needs—not rushed medication checks.
Ongoing communication with your provider as needed between visits.
In-Home Initial Visits
For patients experiencing neurocognitive changes who may benefit from an in-home evaluation, in-person initial visits may be available depending on geographic location and provider availability. These visits offer an opportunity to better understand the patient’s symptoms, living environment, and individual needs while helping families and caregivers feel supported throughout the process. Please contact the practice to inquire about availability in your area.
Dual-certified expertise in both family medicine and psychiatric mental health.
A whole-person approach that considers the connection between your mental health, physical health, life experiences, and quality of life.
As a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring more than 20 years of healthcare experience to my practice. For over 15 years, I have cared for people living with chronic and serious illnesses and have seen firsthand how deeply these experiences can affect mental health, relationships, and quality of life. I have also witnessed the emotional toll that caring for a loved one can take on family members and caregivers. These experiences have shaped my passion for providing compassionate, whole-person care that looks beyond a diagnosis to understand the person and the life they are living. My goal is to help individuals navigate difficult seasons, find greater balance and well-being, and live their lives to the fullest.
